Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Senior AI Analyst to join the Data & AI Enablement team in the Danish locations Lyngby, Hørsholm, or Carlsberg Byen. You will help mature the AI Adoption Program, build AI literacy, and translate business opportunities into scalable, high-value AI solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with Legal, IT Security, and AI Solutions to enable colleagues, track value, and ensure responsible, secure AI practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI enablement or analytics advisory.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI requirements.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and training.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance in AI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritise high-value AI use cases.
• Run and mature the AI Adoption Program through leadership engagement and workshops.
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop the AI ambassador community through events and forums.
• Collaborate with Data Office, Legal, and IT Security on responsible AI practices.
• Establish KPI, reporting, and value-tracking frameworks.
