Novonesis is seeking a Senior AI Analyst to join the Data & AI Enablement team in the Danish locations Lyngby, Hørsholm, or Carlsberg Byen. You will help mature the AI Adoption Program, build AI literacy, and translate business opportunities into scalable, high-value AI solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with Legal, IT Security, and AI Solutions to enable colleagues, track value, and ensure responsible, secure AI practices across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in AI enablement or analytics advisory.

• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and training.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance in AI.

Join Novonesis as our new Senior AI Analyst

Join the Data & AI Enablement team within the Data Office and help accelerate responsible AI adoption across Novonesis. You will play a central role in maturing our AI Adoption Program, building AI literacy, and turning business opportunities into scalable, high-value solutions.

As part of a growing enterprise-wide Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate with business teams, AI Solutions, Legal, and IT Security to enable colleagues, strengthen governance, and track the value and impact of AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritise high-value AI use cases, translating business processes and needs into clear solution requirements
• Run and mature the AI Adoption Program through leadership engagement, cross-functional cohorts workshops, training and presentations
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, and strengthen AI literacy across the organisation
• Develop the AI ambassador community through events, AI cafés, hackathons, showcases, forums, and ongoing engagement
• Partner with the Data Office, Legal, and IT Security to support responsible, secure, and compliant AI practices
• Establish KPI, reporting, and value-tracking frameworks, while translating emerging AI trends into practical guidance and scalable initiatives

Qualifications & experience

• Relevant experience in AI enablement, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, analytics advisory, or solution scoping
• Relevant degree in business, IT, data/AI, digitalization, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building agents and translating processes into agentic workflows; Azure AI Foundry exposure is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the ability to translate business cases into technical requirements and technical solutions into clear business value
• Experience with KPI reporting, use-case tracking, and value measurement; Power BI, KNIME, or Alteryx knowledge is an advantage
• A collaborative, curious, structured, and proactive approach, with confidence engaging employees at all levels and managing multiple initiatives in an evolving environment; occasional travel may be required
