Job summary

You will connect employee needs, business priorities and AI capabilities to guide where to pursue improvements and how to implement them with confidence.

You will translate research into strategic recommendations, facilitate cross‑functional workshops and drive AI-enabled experiences that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Substantial expertise in experience strategy, service design, and UX research.
• Ability to lead complex work independently and set priorities when information is incomplete.
• Translate research into strategic recommendations with clear evidence behind decisions.
• Clear communication and facilitation to influence stakeholders and build shared understanding.
• Experience collaborating with technical, business, AI and enablement specialists, connecting perspectives.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities and trust implications; deep AI engineering is not required.

Responsibilities

• Research employees’ needs, tasks and practices and share actionable insights.
• Frame ambiguous challenges and shape employee-centered AI experience direction.
• Map workflows and design improved ways of working across people, AI, systems and boundaries.
• Translate insights into principles, service blueprints and prototypes.
• Design and evaluate how employees work with AI with input from technical specialists.
• Facilitate workshops and decisions with stakeholders and build consensus on priorities.
• Run experiments to evaluate usability, task outcomes, confidence and business value.
