Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an AI Product Manager in Ballerup to translate complex commercial challenges into data, analytics and AI products. You will bridge Commercial leaders with Data & AI delivery teams, shaping initiatives and driving adoption across the business.

You will own the full lifecycle of AI/analytics products, lead high-impact AI transformations, and establish governance aligned with Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• ≥5 years leading Data & AI initiatives including consulting or transformation.
• Experience delivering Data/Analytics/AI products and enterprise data strategies.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to lead AI product development.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI, analytics and data products from discovery to adoption and value realisation.
• Lead use case discovery, prioritisation and business case development with KPIs and value delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts, roadmaps and architectures.
• Drive adoption through change management and executive updates.
• Establish governance for AI delivery aligned with Responsible AI, privacy and security.
• Coach stakeholders to raise AI literacy and identify new AI opportunities.
