Novonesis seeks a Head of AI Solutions to lead the AI Center of Excellence in Denmark, building agentic AI and ML solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will set direction, lead a team of experts, and partner with senior leaders to turn opportunities into scalable solutions.

You will manage a team of 8 specialists and 2 students, drive adoption of AI across the organization, and oversee an annual budget. The role is based in Hørsholm or Valby with occasional travel.

Formación

• Proven people leadership of expert teams.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in a business setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI, ML and data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 8 specialists and 2 students with psychological safety and shared ownership.
• Set direction for a rapidly evolving AI landscape and translate tech into business value.
• Prioritize AI opportunities with business leaders and balance near-term delivery with capability development.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders on strategic AI initiatives.
• Oversee budget and travel as needed to advance AI initiatives.
