Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Senior AI Analyst to join the Data & AI Enablement team in accelerating responsible AI adoption across the organization. You will mature the AI Adoption Program, build AI literacy, and translate business opportunities into scalable, high-value AI solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams including Legal and IT Security, lead governance and KPI reporting, and advance adoption of tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in AI enablement, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, analytics advisory, or solution scoping.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and measurable value.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, use-case tracking, and value measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritise high-value AI use cases translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Run and mature the AI Adoption Program through leadership engagement, workshops, training and presentations.
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and raise AI literacy.
• Develop the AI ambassador community via events, cafés, hackathons, showcases, and forums.
• Partner with Data Office, Legal, and IT Security to ensure responsible, secure AI practices and governance.
