Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an AI Product Manager to translate complex commercial challenges into data, analytics and AI products that deliver measurable value. You will bridge Commercial leaders with Data & AI delivery teams, shaping high-value initiatives from idea to adoption.

You will own the full lifecycle of AI and analytics products, partnering with senior executives to drive strategy, governance and value realization while ensuring Responsible AI and data privacy considerations are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex Data & AI initiatives with cross-functional exposure.
Experience delivering Data, Analytics, ML or Generative AI products for enterprise.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of AI, analytics and data products from discovery to value realisation.
Partner with Commercial leaders to scope challenges into AI initiatives.
Lead use case discovery, prioritisation and business case development with KPIs.
Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectures.
Drive adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement.
Establish governance for AI delivery aligned with Responsible AI principles.
