Job summary

EYKON is seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support customers and the Nordic Sales organisation across its hardware, software and service solutions. The role blends customer support, pre-sales, order management and stakeholder coordination in an international environment across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The successful candidate will become a central part of the Scandinavian organisation, acting as the link between customers, sales teams, product management and technical specialists,

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B customer-facing roles in technical sales or support.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a cross-country setting.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish and/or Danish.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
• Coordinating customer-related activities and acting as the customer's internal ambassador.
• Working in close cooperations with order management team
• Following up on logistics, deliveries and customer commitments.
• Providing technical and commercial support to the sales organisation
• Supporting tenders, RFQs and commercial projects.
• Participating in pre-sales initiatives and customer-facing activities.
• Conducting customer, market and competitor analysis.
• Coordinating activities between customers and internal specialists.
• Supporting customer training, product documentation and knowledge transfer together with Training team och Product Management.
