Job summary

EYKON is seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support customers and the Nordic Sales organisation across hardware, software and service solutions. This role combines customer support, pre-sales, order management and stakeholder coordination in an international environment.

The preferred location is Sorø, Denmark, with strong candidates in Sweden (Örebro/Mälardalen) considered; travel within Scandinavia is included.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
• Coordinating customer-related activities and acting as internal ambassador.
• Working in close cooperations with order management team
• Following up on logistics, deliveries and customer commitments.
• Providing technical and commercial support to the sales organisation
• Supporting tenders, RFQs and commercial projects.
• Participating in pre-sales initiatives and customer-facing activities.
• Conducting customer, market and competitor analysis.
• Coordinating activities between customers and internal specialists.
• Supporting customer training, product documentation and knowledge transfer together with Training team och Product Management.
