EYKON is looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support customers and sales activities across Scandinavia, with a focus on Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The role links customers, sales teams, product management and technical specialists to ensure the right support and drive business growth across the region.

The role requires experience in a customer-facing B2B environment with technical sales or pre-sales responsibilities, plus English proficiency and Swedish and/or Danish language

Qualifikationen

• Experience from a customer-facing B2B environment involving technical sales, customer support, sales support, application support, pre-sales or similar technical-commercial responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English together with Swedish and/or Danish language skills.

Aufgaben

• Supporting customers across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
• Coordinating customer-related activities and acting as the customer's internal ambassador.
• Working in close cooperations with order management team.
• Following up on logistics, deliveries and customer commitments.
• Providing technical and commercial support to the sales organisation.
• Supporting tenders, RFQs and commercial projects.
• Participating in pre-sales initiatives and customer-facing activities.
• Conducting customer, market and competitor analysis.
• Coordinating activities between customers and internal specialists.
• Supporting customer training, product documentation and knowledge transfer together with Training team and Product Management.
