The Sales Manager – Nordics is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence across the Nordic region. The role leads commercial activities within the assigned territory, ensures effective execution of sales plans, and supports the achievement of revenue, margin, and market share objectives through strong customer focus and cross-functional collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and commercial performance across the Nordic region in line with business objectives
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with regional and company priorities
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, customers, key accounts, and other relevant business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable commercial growth
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing developments across the region
- Lead or support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer agreements
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports in line with business expectations
- Coordinate closely with marketing, customer service, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure strong execution and customer satisfaction
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and channel development initiatives in the region
- Follow up on customer issues, claims, and commercial matters to ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and business review processes
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings and help strengthen long-term commercial partnerships across the Nordic market
QUALIFICATIONS OR FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University degree or similar by experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles in the automotive aftermarket across Nordics
- Strong understanding of regional sales management and customer development
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage customer relationships effectivelyStrong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional and matrix environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Good planning, organization, and follow-through
- Willingness to travel across the Nordic region as required (approx. 3 days in travel per week)
