You will collaborate with the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams to deliver high-performance support and first-class service to internal and external customers, reporting to the Head of Customer Support. You will handle inquiries by chat, email, and phone, troubleshoot issues, document cases, and provide timely resolutions while contributing to knowledge bases and working with

This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business, located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
