Job summary

Factbird, based in Copenhagen, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to own the full customer journey—from marketing to renewal. You will unify processes, tech, and data behind revenue teams to drive predictable growth.

You will lead our BI Analyst, report to the CFO, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You bring 5–7 years in Revenue Ops or analytics, strong data skills, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, analytics, strategy or consulting.
• Experience from a B2B SaaS or tech scale‑up, with growth focus.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable leadership decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with funnel metrics, economics and forecasting.
• HubSpot experience as a Super Admin and English proficiency at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Turn performance and market data into clear investment recommendations.
• Own data infrastructure and KPIs across the funnel for leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional revenue projects with Marketing, Sales and CS.
• Design AI‑driven workflows and measure automation impact on productivity.
• Coach the BI Analyst and ensure data quality and adoption.
