Job summary

OrderYOYO, Copenhagen based, seeks a Commercial Data Analyst to turn data from sales, account management, customer success and pricing into actionable insights. You’ll work with market leads, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product to drive growth across 11 markets.

You’ll build dashboards, own regular reporting, and help forecast and plan with Finance. Strong Excel, BI tools and CRM data experience are essential for success in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven record in a commercial, sales, revenue or business analytics role.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with CRM data experience (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, churn and retention metrics in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance across all commercial activities and markets.
• Track and report on key metrics: new restaurants, revenue, orders, churn, retention.
• Own regular commercial reporting for leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Design and maintain dashboards giving a single trusted performance view.
• Compare performance across markets and channels to identify improvements and risks.
• Analyse impact of pricing, campaigns and initiatives.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to support commercial decisions and business cases.
• Ensure data accuracy across markets with CRM/system owners.
• Define KPIs and support forecasting with Finance.
• Measure forecast accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.
