Job summary

OrderYOYO A/S is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to turn data from sales, account management, marketing and pricing into clear, actionable insights. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll deliver regular performance reports and develop dashboards to provide a trusted view across 11 markets.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product to understand what drives growth, improve processes and support forecasting. Strong Excel and CRM data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a commercial or sales analytics role.
• Experience with BI dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and CRM data experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, churn and retention metrics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to present insights clearly.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience across multiple markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance across sales, account management, marketing and partnerships in all markets.
• Track metrics such as new restaurant acquisition, revenue, orders, churn, retention, and pipeline conversion.
• Own regular reporting: weekly, monthly and quarterly packs for leadership.
• Design and maintain dashboards that give a single trusted view of performance.
• Compare performance across markets, teams and channels to spot improvements and risks.
• Analyse the impact of pricing, campaigns and commercial initiatives on performance.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to inform business decisions and initiatives.
• Ensure commercial data is accurate across markets with CRM/system owners.
• Define and document KPIs so everyone measures the same way.
• Support forecasting and target setting with Finance, flagging variances early.
