Job summary

Imbox Protection is recruiting a Retail Support Coordinator to keep retail activities moving by coordinating administration, customer trials and store rollouts, and day-to-day support. You will gain exposure across Sales, Service and Marketing while growing your professional skillset within a fast-moving scale-up.

Applicants should be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing several tasks, and able to build relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or retail.
• Ability to communicate clearly by email and phone.
• Comfort with computer systems and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Retail administration: raise/process orders, create customer accounts and maintain records.
• Coordinate trials and store rollouts, including scheduling and handovers.
• Manage the IMBOX support inbox and route queries to specialists.
• Track actions and deadlines, escalating delays early to the account owner.
• Support Sales and Marketing activities and campaigns, keeping deadlines and approvals on track.
