Job summary

IMBOX Protection is seeking a Service Coordinator to strengthen daily operations. You will be the link between internal colleagues, external service providers and customers, coordinating service activities across international markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia.

You’ll gain broad exposure and play a key role in onboarding, planning installations, logistics and issue resolution with a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external service providers from onboarding to daily contact.
• Plan and coordinate installations, shipping, and supplier invoices.
• Resolve operational and service-related issues across markets.
• Collaborate with Business Development on launches of new markets.
