Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd. is seeking a training specialist to develop and deliver POS training for retail stores, translating complex system functionality into practical, day-to-day guidance. You will support planning and execution across markets and create engaging materials including guides, FAQs, and video demos.

The role involves close collaboration with Product, D&T, Retail Operations and market teams to ensure training reflects real store needs and includes train-the-trainer activities where relevant.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience rolling out and training POS solutions across retail stores.
• Strong understanding of how stores operate and how store teams work.
• Proven experience training store teams and Retail Operations teams, preferably in large-scale/global retail environments.
• Ability to translate complex systems into simple, practical and engaging learning content.
• Experience creating professional training materials, guides, FAQs, videos and screen recordings.
• Comfortable working with business, technology and market stakeholders in a transformation programme.

Support the Unified Commerce programme with the development and delivery of training for POS and related store solutions, ensuring retail teams are confident and ready to operate the new solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for POS solutions in retail stores, tailored to store teams and Retail Operations.
• Translate system functionality and processes into simple, practical training relevant to day-to-day store operations.
• Support training planning and execution across markets, including train-the-trainer activities where relevant.
• Create clear and engaging training materials, including:
• How-to guides and step-by-step instructions
• FAQs and quick reference guides
• Short solution/demo videos and screen recordings
• Other supporting training content as required
• Work closely with Product, D&T, Retail Operations and market teams to ensure training reflects the solution and actual store needs.
• Identify gaps in training and continuously improve materials based on feedback from stores and markets.

Experience & profile

• Solid hands-on experience rolling out and training POS solutions across retail stores.
• Previous retail store experience and a strong understanding of how stores operate and how store teams work.
• Proven experience training store teams and Retail Operations teams, preferably in large-scale/global retail environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex systems and processes into simple, practical and engaging learning content.
• Proven experience creating professional training materials, guides, FAQs, videos and screen recordings.
• Comfortable working across business, technology and market stakeholders in a transformation programme.
• Experience with Synthesia is a strong plus, particularly for producing training and solution videos.

Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
