Job summary

TSMG Holding in Odense is seeking a Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for a medical device data collection project. You will coordinate participants, assist with onboarding, schedule sessions, and help with device logistics in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication in English, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation
• Support device logistics and procurement when required
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation
