Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager in Roskilde, Denmark. This is a contract position that would be ideal for a student looking for part-time work or someone without previous experience in the restaurant industry.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations including managing staff ensuring high-quality service and food and maintaining the overall profitability of the establishment. You will work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers and increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset. You should also possess strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required.
