Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations including but not limited to staffing, menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet company standards.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
