Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Randers Denmark As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff inventory and financials

• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or promotions


• Create schedules for staff that balance their needs with the needs of the restaurant

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
