Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and providing excellent service.
• Train and supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance guest experiences.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Roskilde Our restaurant is known for its delicious food excellent service and inviting atmosphere As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and providing exceptional guest experiences

Salary The salary for this position is 900$ per month
