As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Odense. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include managing staff schedules, training and supervising employees, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
