Job summary

SummitLogic is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Horsens restaurant. You will support the Restaurant Manager with staff supervision, customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, coordinate schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle guest concerns to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must have own visa/permit to work in Denmark.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a restaurant or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills in English Danish proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen operations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Must have own visapermit to work in Denmark
