Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Aarhus As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including staffing training customer service and financial management Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant including scheduling inventory management and budgeting
• Hire train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills in English Danish is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management food safety regulations and cost control techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed

Salary 1200$ per month negotiable based on experience

Location Aarhus must have own visa
