Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Tier I Technical Support Specialist for Denmark to remotely assist operators with smart cooler vending equipment. You will handle onboarding, troubleshooting, and documentation for app, device, and payment-related questions.

You will escalate to Tier II when deeper diagnosis is needed, while maintaining calm, clear communication and organized records throughout the support process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical or customer support.
• Basic understanding of smart devices, mobile apps, web dashboards, and connectivity.
• Ability to follow structured troubleshooting checklists and document steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical steps for non-technical customers.
• Attention to detail in recording information, symptoms, timelines, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support intake and classify issues.
• Document machine IDs, models, locations, error messages, and impact.
• Perform approved first-line troubleshooting checks and remote restarts.
• Assist with onboarding, app navigation, and product library setup.
• Gather information on connectivity (cellular, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet) and equipment details.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide realistic next steps.
• Escalate complex issues with complete handoffs to Tier II teams.
• Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps, responses, and outcomes.
