Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent in enterprise software.
• Hands-on with programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and enterprise software frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics (Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers.
• Create and execute tailored adoption plans to maximize business outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and best practices to business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks and conduct platform health checks; manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Pre-Sales.
• Occasionally visit accounts on-site up to 50% during busy periods.
