Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them through the Camunda adoption journey and delivering hands-on technical guidance.

You will design tailored adoption plans, work with cross-functional teams, and spend up to 50% of time onsite during peak periods to accelerate strategic initiatives. This role is remote and globally distributed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Account Management or equivalent in enterprise software.
• Hands-on with a high-level language (Java, C#, or Python).
• Strong grasp of modern architectures and DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for designated enterprise customers and guide adoption.
• Create and execute tailored technical adoption plans to maximize outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and best practices from onboarding to ongoing operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks through platform health checks and escalation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CS, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales) to drive outcomes.
• Spend on-site time with accounts up to 50% during busy periods to deepen partnerships.
