Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to drive cybersecurity accreditation initiatives within our Cyber & Quantum Technology team. You will bridge technical teams, cybersecurity specialists, customers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of security projects.

Responsibilities include translating complex requirements into actionable plans, managing risk, and delivering artifacts for formal security approvals across defense networks and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated Project Management experience in IT/cybersecurity/aerospace/defense or high-security environments.
• Solid understanding of international/national cybersecurity standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).
• Experience with security governance workflows, POA&M remediation, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and detailed work structures; maintain schedules to meet accreditation milestones.
• Coordinate between engineering, cyber specialists, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage security documentation, system descriptions, and artifacts for formal evaluation.
• Oversee risk management and mitigate impediments to achieve Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Provide regular progress reports and dashboards to senior leadership and clients.
