ServiceNow is seeking a regional sales leader in Denmark to build and lead a high-performance team, shaping the GTM strategy and driving new business growth. You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Partner ecosystem, and Solution Consulting to close strategic opportunities.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor top performers while managing forecasts, pipelines, and customer relationships across the region.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
Proven track record of new business sales including executive-level negotiations.
Strong skills in recruiting, coaching and managing sales teams.
Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning to meet quotas.

Responsabilités

Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategy with Sales Ops to go-to-market effectively.
Engage in territory planning, relationship and opportunity development to drive revenue.
Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
Develop territories and quota, communicating performance expectations.
Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
Aim to achieve annual sales goals quarterly and yearly.
Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
Build strong relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and Partners.
Retain and grow existing customers with regular engagement for excellent experience.
