• Experience leveraging AI in work processes or automating workflows.
• Track record of new business CRM sales success at or above C-Level.
• CRM SaaS experience; PaaS experience is a plus.
• 4+ years as a sales leader with CRM sales executive background.
• Experience in both direct and sales overlay roles.
• Strong collaboration across involved disciplines.
• Proven recruiting and coaching of high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Experienced in public speaking and presenting to large audiences.
• Skilled in using social media to enhance brand messaging.
• Ability to build long-term senior relationships and adapt in growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM Account Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the Nordics.
• Develop and execute GTM strategy with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Bridge Global Unit and Field Sales leadership for alignment and growth.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship building and opportunity development.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Set territories and quotas and communicate performance expectations.
• Forecast and report pipeline across local, EMEA and Global units.
• Achieve annual and quarterly sales goals.
• Foster relationships with Solution Consulting, Product Development, Customer Outcomes, Partners, Marketing and executives.
