Job summary

ServiceNow is looking for a Director of CRM Sales to expand CRM-focused products across the Nordics. You will build, mentor and lead a team of Account Executives to accelerate new business and customer adoption in new markets.

You will craft the regional Go-To-Market with cross-functional leaders, recruit top talent, set territories and quotas, manage forecasts, and partner with Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing and executives to drive revenue and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or automation.
• Proven track record in new business sales for CRM solutions, including C-level negotiations.
• CRM SaaS experience essential; PaaS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CRM Account Executives team to drive rapid Nordic growth.
• Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market strategies with cross-functional leaders.
• Serve as central liaison to Global and Field Sales Leadership.
