ServiceNow is seeking an accomplished Client Director to drive new business with major existing accounts in the EMEA region. You will lead executive relationships, coordinate virtual teams, and orchestrate ServiceNow solutions aligned to client outcomes.

You will guide global account strategies, build trusted relationships from IT teams to CXO levels, and ensure revenue targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making.
• 7+ years in client management with revenue-aligned strategies.
• 2+ years as Client Director with multi-million-dollar sales.
• Sales experience in IT Service Management or related IT domains.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow solution teams to develop solutions based on customer outcomes.
• Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deployment of resources.
• Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through client organizations from IT teams to CxO level.
• Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
