Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a seasoned Client Director to drive strategic relationships with our largest accounts in the EMEA region. You will lead virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to deliver executive-level outcomes.

In this role you will build multi-tier relationships from IT teams to CxO level, shape roadmaps, and ensure revenue targets are met through licenses, renewals, and services. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client management experience.
• 2+ years as Client Director with multi-million-dollar sales and exec relationships.
• Experience in ITSM, HR, Security Ops, Customer Service and ITOM sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/achieving sales targets.
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
• Travel up to 50% per role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Work with solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution based on the customer's strategic outcomes.
• Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deployment of worldwide resources.
• Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
• Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.
