Job summary

ServiceNow in Copenhagen is seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead a regional team of direct Sales Executives, driving rapid new business growth across Denmark.

You will shape the regional Go-To-Market strategy, engage C-level executives, manage forecasts, and collaborate with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, and partners to grow revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or workflow automation.
• Proven track record of new business sales success including C-level negotiations.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning to meet quotas.
• Ownership of accurate CRM reports and quarterly forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the region.
• Develop and drive regional GTM strategy in collaboration with Sales Ops.
• Engage in territory planning and opportunity development to drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Define territories and quotas and communicate expectations clearly.
• Manage and report forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual and quarterly sales goals.
• Engage with C-level clients to understand business needs.
• Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and Partners.
• Retain and grow existing customers through proactive engagement.
