Trackunit seeks an IoT Services Manager to own end-to-end customer-facing project management, installer relationships, and IoT technical account management for their region. You will be the primary technical contact during deployment and post-live fleet health optimization, guiding installation through lifecycle support.

Qualifikationen

• Technical account management or technical advisory experience in an IoT, telematics, or hardware environment.
• Ability to translate fleet-health data into actionable guidance for customers and benchmark performance.
• Experience in customer-facing project management, installation, or deployment operations.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple concurrent programs and installer networks.
• Professional fluency in English and one Nordics language or Dutch.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical contact for IoT-scope customer accounts, guiding hardware, telematics and configuration from onboarding through fleet-health optimization.
• Own technical configuration work across CAN/Modbus profiles, firmware management (FOTA), and device operating modes to ensure fleet health and accurate reporting.
• Monitor fleet and device health, investigate non-reporting devices, and proactively identify risks before operations are affected.
• Collaborate with Key Account Directors and Customer Success Managers on technical discussions, solution positioning, and upsell opportunities.
• Manage regional device and fleet installation and deployment programs from work order intake to completion.
• Coordinate installations to be scoped, scheduled, and delivered on time and to standard, acting as primary liaison between customers, sales and internal teams.
• Lead escalation management for installation, technical, and customer-satisfaction issues across Deployment Ops and Support/Engineering.
