Job summary

Trackunit, a fast-growing IoT solutions provider, seeks an IoT Services Manager to own end-to-end customer project management, installer relationships, and technical account management for the region. You will be the primary contact for customers, sales, and installers during deployment, and for device health post-live, guiding installation through fleet optimization and lifecycle support.

Qualifications

Experience in IoT, telematics or hardware environments.
Ability to interpret fleet-health data to advise customers.
Experience in customer-facing deployment operations.
Fluency in English plus one Nordic language or Dutch.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for IoT-scope customer accounts and guide hardware, telematics, and configuration.
Own technical configuration across CAN/Modbus profiles and firmware management.
Monitor fleet/device health and proactively resolve risks.
Collaborate with sales, CS, and internal teams on technical discussions and upsell opportunities.
Lead regional device and fleet installation/deployment programs from intake to completion.
Ensure installations are scoped, scheduled, and delivered on time and to standard.
