Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an IoT Services Manager to own end-to-end customer-facing project management, installer relationships, and IoT technical account management for the region. You’ll be the primary contact for customers, sales, and installers, guiding them from onboarding through fleet-health optimization and ongoing device lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Technical account management or advisory experience in IoT/telematics.
• Ability to interpret fleet-health data and benchmark performance.
• Knowledge of device and firmware management (CAN, MODbus, FOTA, BLE).
• Experience in customer-facing project management and deployment operations.
• Strong organizational skills managing installer networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for IoT-scope customer accounts, guiding hardware, telematics, and configuration from onboarding through fleet-health optimization.
• Own technical configuration across CAN/Modbus, firmware management (FOTA), and device operating modes to keep fleets healthy.
• Monitor fleet and device health, investigate non-reporting devices, and resolve risks before impact.
• Partner with Key Account Directors and Customer Success on technical discussions, solution positioning, and upsell.
• Own project management and coordination for regional device and fleet installation and deployment programs.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
• Own escalation management for installation, technical, and customer satisfaction issues across teams.
