Job summary

Undagrid, part of the EnOcean group, seeks a Customer Success Engineer to serve as the technical face of our asset tracking platform. You will guide customers from initial demonstrations through deployment, training and day-to-day operations, collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Engineering.

This role can be based in Munich, Copenhagen or Utrecht. You will work with a global Customer Success team, tailor platform demonstrations, support design and deployment planning, configure the

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering or related field; 5–10 years in asset tracking/IoT.
• Experience with BLE indoor positioning, GPS/GNSS outdoor tracking, cellular IoT, telematics, and fleet concepts.
• Experience with asset tracking platforms, dashboards, analytics and customer reporting; Grafana, Git, Jira.
• Experience installing and configuring network equipment, ideally in aviation or logistics.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, connectivity and software domains.
• Ability to discuss technical capabilities and business value with customers.
• Willingness to travel worldwide; fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical counterpart in customer meetings; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and showcase advanced functionality.
• Support solution design and deployment planning for new customer projects; support worldwide deployments.
• Configure and administer the platform; tenant creation, user management, dashboards, reports.
• Deliver technical and operational training for customer teams.
• Travel to customer sites to support deployments, training and reviews.
• Validate solutions in field; identify and resolve issues.
• Collect customer requirements and translate into product feedback.
