Job summary

Insights is seeking a Practitioner Accreditations & Retention Specialist to join the Customer Success team in Aarhus on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, hybrid work arrangement.

You will manage accreditation programmes, renewals, and practitioner engagement across Denmark, using CRM and platforms such as D365 and Zoom. Fluent Danish and English are required; you will thrive on relationship-building, process improvement, and data-driven retention.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in administration, customer success, event delivery, learning and development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and logistics of Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) programmes.
• Communicate confidently with learners before, during, and after accreditation.
• Support both public and private accreditation programmes.
• Maintain systems and platforms including D365, Zoom, and operational tracking tools.
• Welcome newly accredited practitioners and help them engage with the Insights community.
• Monitor accreditation participation and renewal trends; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support initiatives to improve practitioner engagement and long-term retention.
