Job summary

ClickLearn in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a junior Customer Success Manager to join on a fixed-term contract of about 12 months, covering maternity leave, with roughly 30 hours per week and flexible scheduling to fit a student thesis.

You’ll manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts, build relationships with customer contacts, and help drive product adoption while collaborating with the CS team and other departments.

Qualifications

• No prior Customer Success experience required; we welcome recent graduates, student workers, or candidates early in their career with the right mindset and motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts handed over with full context and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and drive product adoption.
• Develop understanding of ClickLearn’s features and help customers apply them to their daily use of the platform.
• Support customer interactions professionally with guidance from the CS team as needed.
• Track adoption levels and flag opportunities for improvement, escalating when useful.
• Notice early signs of dissatisfaction and raise them to the team for swift action.
• Direct customers to resources to support their enablement and help close the feedback loop with the Product Team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Customer Experience Team.
