Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the sales organization with customer documentation, proposal materials, product information, and quotation preparation.
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and professional presentation of all materials.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer activities.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline overviews, and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure CRM and reporting systems contain accurate and up-to-date information on opportunities and sales performance.
