Job summary

Ramboll in Aarhus seeks a Team Lead – Power Systems to guide a growing group of engineers on complex projects for the green transition. You will lead recruitment, onboarding and development while staying hands-on in project delivery with clients.

The role blends leadership with senior technical input across electrification, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure, fostering cross‑disciplinary collaboration within Ramboll's international network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or power systems.
• Strong experience in power systems consultancy, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Ability to lead technical experts and manage client projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English; stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including recruitment and development.
• Contribute to technical and billable project delivery as senior expert or project manager.
• Build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and knowledge sharing across Ramboll.
