Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Power Systems in Aarhus to combine technical project work with people leadership. You will lead and develop a team of specialists while engaging directly with clients on complex projects spanning high-voltage power transmission, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure.

You will guide recruitment, professional development and resource planning, ensuring technical excellence and collaboration across Ramboll's international network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, power systems or related field.
• Strong Power Systems experience in consultancy, utilities, energy or infrastructure.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects as senior expert, technical lead or project manager.
• Leadership experience to develop, motivate and support technical specialists.
• Strong client and stakeholder skills with excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists including recruitment, onboarding and professional development.
• Contribute to technical and billable project delivery as senior expert, technical lead or project manager on complex assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new project opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and workstreams across Ramboll to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support development of Power Systems capabilities through knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
