Ramboll is seeking a Team Lead – Power Systems to lead and develop a multinational Power Systems team across projects tied to the green transition. You will balance technical leadership with client engagement and project delivery while working with a broad range of energies and data centres.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or power systems.
• Extensive Power Systems experience in consultancy, utilities, or energy sectors.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage technical specialists and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists.
• Deliver complex technical projects as senior expert or project manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and knowledge sharing across Ramboll.
• Contribute to development of Power Systems capabilities across international teams.
