Job summary

Ramboll Group is seeking a Team Lead – Power Systems to combine technical leadership with people management on large-scale green transition projects. You will lead and develop a team of power systems specialists while staying actively involved in client projects as a senior expert and project leader.

You will contribute across electrification, offshore wind, data centres and energy infrastructure, shaping solutions, mentoring staff, and coordinating with Ramboll colleagues globally to deliver

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, power systems.
• Strong Power Systems experience in consultancy/utilities.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects as senior expert/lead/PM.
• Leadership skills to develop and support technical specialists.
• Strong client and stakeholder English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and day-to-day people leadership.
• Take an active role in technical and billable project delivery as a senior expert, technical lead or project manager on complex Power Systems assignments.
• Build and develop strong client relationships, understanding technical and commercial needs and contributing to new project and business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects and technical workstreams, connecting Ramboll expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support the continued development of our Power Systems capabilities, including knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
