Job summary

Ramboll Denmark is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer for Power Systems and LV/MV projects across industrial and energy sectors. You will guide technical scope, lead engineering teams, and act as the client’s technical advisor to deliver robust solutions aligned with business goals.

As an experienced professional, you will manage projects, coordinate smaller to mid-size teams, and collaborate with Ramboll’s global experts to ensure high-quality, trusted outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• BSc/BE electrical engineering or MSc preferred.
• Proven experience in power systems and MV/LV engineering.
• Experience independently managing projects and engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset and business awareness.
• Fluent Danish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of LV and MV systems per standards.
• Oversee technical scope and engineering teams.
• Act as client’s technical advisor/Owners Engineer.
• Prepare technical specs for transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and protection.
• Support procurement with technical clarifications during projects.
• Participate in factory and site acceptance testing.
• Contribute to sales and proposal efforts.
