BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company seeks an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in Denmark. You will provide 1st/2nd line end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and configure Windows prods and Office apps.

Ideal candidates reside in Denmark with EU work authorization, speak Danish and English, and have several years in IT user support. You’ll work independently in a hands-on onsite environment to keep business IT running smoothly.

Formación

• Currently residing in Denmark.
• Valid Danish / EU work authorization or work permit.
• Fluent in Danish and English with strong communication skills.
• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required.
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed.
