Job summary

VivaVibe Productions in Esbjerg, Denmark invites applications for a Computer Support Specialist. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and maintain computer systems and networks.

You will install and configure new systems, monitor networks for performance and security, record support requests, and train users. This is a full-time role with accommodation provided, requiring strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to communicate technical information in laymans terms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and other devices.
Install and configure new computer systems, peripherals and software.
Maintain and monitor computer networks for performance and security.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems.
Keep accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions.
Train users on basic computer skills and proper use of equipment.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
